Born out of a collaboration with St-Viateur Bagel, a Montreal family business that has rolled each bagel by hand since 1957. We therefore mix sesame seeds specially roasted in their wood oven with our 55% milk chocolate and a pinch of salt. Be careful, it’s addictive though. The barks may disappear very quickly.

Nées d’une collaboration avec St-Viateur Bagel, une entreprise familiale Montréalaise qui roule à la main chaque bagel depuis 1957. Nous mélangeons les graines de sésames grillées au four à bois avec notre chocolat au lait 55% et une pincée de sel. Attention c’est addictif, il se peut que les écorces disparaissent en quelques minutes!
