Chapman's Sorbet Rainbow

President's Choice Plant Based Porkless Belly Bao Kit

Presenting plant-based porkless belly. We pulled it off impeccably, without compromising texture or taste. Unbelievably, it delivers three distinct layers: a tender layer made with jackfruit, cabbage, jicama, white radish and mushrooms, a luscious layer and crackly crisply layer. All lathered in a sweet-salty vegan hoisin sauce. And now for the bao. Our pillowy pre-steamed, hand-folded buns take the textures in this kit over the top. And speaking of toppings, we suggest fresh cucumber or pickled veggies to balance the richness, just like they do in restaurants. It’s a takeout fakeout in an easy kit. Bao for everybody!
