Bread Pudding Topped with Rocket’s Caramel Sauce

Our bread pudding is one of our signature bakery items. We make them with our croissants and top them with house-made caramel sauce so they are super special! Heat it by the slice in your microwave until the caramel sauce pours down the sides. 30 seconds should do it! Our small cakes serve 4 to 6 people and our large cakes serve 12 or more!
