Sugar Moon Farm is a working maple farm, woodlot and restaurant. We produce quality food in a manner that supports local agriculture and community and respects land and water. To this end, we buy locally, sort and compost all kitchen waste and use a composting system for our public washrooms.

Sugar Moon Farm est une érablière, un boisé et un restaurant en activité. Nous produisons des aliments de qualité d'une manière qui soutient l'agriculture et la communauté locales et qui respecte la terre et l'eau. À cette fin, nous achetons localement, trions et compostons tous les déchets de cuisine et utilisons un système de compostage pour nos toilettes publiques.
