Together, pastry chefs/owners Jean-Pierre Gallois and Yseult Bertic have over 60 years of experience creating wonderfully delicious and quality artisan chocolates, truffles, macarons and pastries. Small batches are lovingly produced in their "Chocolate Lab" located in Eastern Passage, NS, then transported across the harbour to their main retail location at Halifax's Seaport Farmers Market.
