La Fromagerie L'Atelier was created in 2011, in the premises of a Center-du-Québec cheese dairy. Simon Hamel has rented a space there in order to start making cheese from cow and goat milk.

La Fromagerie L'Atelier voit le jour en 2011, dans les locaux d'une fromagerie du Centre-du-Québec. Simon Hamel a loué un espace à cet endroit afin de se lancer dans la fabrication de fromage au lait de vache et de chèvre.
